Verify that your domain is not in a state of Pending Delete or Redemption before proceeding.
Make sure you have access to the domain’s Authorization code or EPP code to complete the transfer.

The EPP code, otherwise referred to as an authorization or Auth code, is an exclusive and confidential set of characters allotted by the domain registrar. Its purpose is to serve as a protection mechanism alongside other security measures like domain unlocking, to ensure that only the legitimate owner can execute a domain transfer. If an incorrect EPP code is given during the process of setting up a domain transfer, the transfer will not proceed.
